“Rejoice always! Pray constantly. Give thanks in everything, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus” (1 Thess 5:16-18).
There admonitions key in on choosing the right, spiritual attitude. In Christ, we have many reasons to rejoice! Pour heart out to God keeps us focused on heavenly reality. Gratitude is the memory of the redeemed heart.
“A tranquil heart is life to the body, but jealousy is rottenness to the bones” (Prov 14:30).
